QUESTION and ANSWER TIME

Question and Answer Time may be held in the library, or as a separate portion in a classroom with older students who are learning to write.

Often language and reading teachers use this as an opportunity for third through sixth grade students to learn more about the writing process and how a professional author researches and develops a written work. Students are often surprised to learn that authors have to work hard and spend a lot of time rewriting!

This portion of the book-signing event may take 15 to 30 minutes, depending on scheduling and the interest of students.
